CANVACCS Survey for COVID-19 Vaccinations

Dr Cecily Forsyth, Dr Richard Blennerhassett and Ms Jacqueline Jagger are actively involved with local and national research. In conjunction with Monash Health, we are interested to know your thoughts, opinions and experiences surrounding the COVID-19 vaccine. If you have previously, or are currently, receiving treatment for a haematologic condition (e.g. lymphoma, leukaemia, myeloma or MPN) you are eligible to participate in the CANVACCS survey.
